Click to expand.1204 vj mutoh ive replaced the maintenance station, pump,damper heads, o rings on damper heads and at back of hose before ink cartridges i am using bulk ink system 440mL cartridges. The ink will not prim and is running back into the cartridges, i also have took head off and slowly pushed cleaning solvent very gently through each color hose and no indication of clog. Thanks a bunch! I don't know if others have had this trouble or not, but on my VJ-1204, the rubber pressure rollers that hold down the media got soft and gummy and started to leave gooey black stuff on prints.
