I am an international educator, having taught and mentored teachers and students around the world for twenty four years. I earned my UK Bachelor of Education (Hons) in 1993. Then completed the Certificate of International School Leadership with the Principals’​ Training Centre (2010) and have just completed my UK Masters’ Degree in Educational Leadership (2016) I have experience teaching children from aged 4 to 12 in classroom teaching roles and have held two positions as Early Years Coordinator before becoming PYP coordinator eight years ago in Uzbekistan. I then became the PYP coordinator in Serbia and later whole school curriculum coordinator in Oman. In 2005 I became a PYP Workshop Leader for the International Baccalaureate. Workshops have included, Standards for administrators, The curriculum model for administrators, Making the PYP happen in the classroom and in EY, The written curriculum, Assessment, The PYP Exhibition, Play-Based learning in the Early Years classroom, concept based learning, reading and writing and Creating Inclusive classrooms.
